Winter Challenge - Burn your fat and lose your flab

You can achieve your perfect physique safely and in a realistic time period. Starting with a fitness assessment to find your current fitness level and starting point. Training is comfortable and progressive.

First Meeting

Completion of client details and online requirements. This is a comprehensive online fitness portfolio so you can record your progress and follow exercise plans between the 1 to 1 sessions.

  • Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) - this is a medical screening form
  • Complete a Fitness Goals form to establish your objectives
  • Fitness assessment

Second Meeting

 

  • Lets get physical! The real training starts at your home, office, or gym (by arrangement).
  • Each 1 hour session will include a warm up and stretch (5-10 minutes), cardio for weight management or fitness improvement (20-25 minutes), resistance exercises for toning and conditioning your muscles (20-25 minutes), followed by a cool down and stretch.

  • Option 1    1 session £55    
  • Option 2    10 sessions £400   
  • Option 3    Ongoing 3/4/5 per week £35 per session
